Healed Scars - Trauma and Abuse Recovery

We are a dedicated charity offering trauma-sensitive, culturally inclusive support for female survivors of trauma and abuse across Scotland. Founded in 2020, we provide a range of tailored therapies available in over 20 languages, addressing unique healing needs while advocating for women's well-being at policy levels. Our multi-skilled team, overseen by a diverse Board of Trustees, strives to empower women and contribute to safer, more supportive communities.

Our Impact

Our specialised services provide tailored emotional and practical support to these resilient individuals, helping them balance caregiving roles with their own well-being. Through person-centered counselling, financial literacy programmes, and community support, we empower them to rebuild their lives while nurturing their families.
