We really need an understanding of what anxiety is and how it can affect us.

There are different kinds of anxiety and sometimes it is not obvious to us we are experiencing anxiety. With an understanding of what anxiety is, we can then begin to build an awareness of what increases or reduces anxiety.

This informative and engaging Overcoming Anxiety course will provide some strategies to reduce anxiety but also explore how to live with anxiety and make your life happen despite feeling anxious.

This informative and engaging course will be cumulative, in other words, each session will begin with a summary of what has been learned so far to really reinforce the concepts. Worksheets and a manual will be given out as PDFs.
