This is 6-weeks online program. We offer free sessions for women who have been experienced trauma or/and abuse it their lives and try to rebuild themself and start over again.
Jill’s healing program will include breathwork, guided meditation and sound therapy, each weekly session should last around 45 minutes.
These sessions will help you to relax your mind and body, allowing you to have restful sleep and a clear mind. The breathing exercises are dynamic and flexible, they will change each week and Jill will talk you through why, and how, you can use them in your day-to-day life, not just during her training hours.
The guided meditation will allow your mind to quieten and become more focused on living in the present moment. To complete the session, Jill will use a singing bowl to clear any stuck energies from your body in a gentle and relaxing way.
