Emotional Wellbeing Drop-In

We are excited to announce the launch of our new drop-in service for emotional and mental health in Stirling.

We understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming, and it's important to have a space where you can express your feelings and seek support. That's why we're here for you.

If you're struggling with panic attacks or sleep issues, we can provide helpful suggestions on how to manage these challenges. Our team of volunteers and helpers is well-equipped to offer practical tips and techniques to help you regain control and improve your well-being.

We also understand the importance of having someone who will listen to you without judgement. Our compassionate staff and volunteers are more than willing to lend an ear whenever you need it. We believe that having someone to talk to can be incredibly therapeutic and can make a significant difference in your mental health journey.

Starting from 21 November 2023 we will hold sessions every second Tuesday between 10 a. m. and 12 p.m. at the Stirling Community Food hub at 5 Wellgreen Lane, Stirling, FK8 2BS. You can expect a safe and welcoming environment to share your thoughts and concerns.

Our goal is to create a respectful and inclusive space where everyone feels comfortable.

We look forward to welcoming you to our drop-in service and providing you with the support and guidance you deserve. Together, we can work towards better emotional and mental well-being.
